On June 26, 2025, Beijing - Yaisu Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. announced today the successful development of the "Tanyuan M8" series intelligent magnetic leakage detector. The device uses multi physics coupling algorithm and adaptive probe array to improve the defect recognition accuracy of oil and gas pipelines, storage tanks and other equipment to the level of 0.05mm, which is 300% more efficient than traditional equipment detection.

Technological breakthrough
AI Defect Library: Built in deep learning models with over 200000 sets of weld/corrosion defect samples, capable of automatically matching GB/T 34370-2020 standards to generate compliance reports;
Flexible probe group: using patented magnetic materials to achieve adaptive fitting of curved surfaces, with a detection radius reduced by 40% compared to the previous generation;
Cloud edge collaboration system: Real time uploading of detection data to the Yashu Industrial Cloud platform through 5G modules, supporting remote expert consultation and predictive maintenance recommendations.

Application Cases
In the actual testing at the oil storage base, "Tanyuan M8" completed a full area scan of a 120000 cubic meter storage tank within 32 hours, accurately identifying three stress cracks that were not detected by manual inspection. The comparative report issued by the National Special Inspection Institute shows that the crack detection rate is 99.7%, and the false alarm rate is less than 0.3%.

Strategic layout
The company has launched equipment rental services simultaneously, with a 60% reduction in testing unit price compared to imported brands. The technical director revealed that "we are jointly building the 'Electromagnetic Non destructive Testing Joint Laboratory' with the School of Materials Science and Technology at Tsinghua University, and the next generation of products will achieve breakthroughs in hydrogen energy pipeline composite material testing.
