YAISU TECH's MFL (leakage magnetic detection) technology is based on the magnetization characteristics of ferromagnetic materials: when a pipeline or pressure vessel is magnetized, if there are defects such as cracks or corrosion inside the material, the magnetic field lines will be distorted and leak to the surface, forming a leakage magnetic field. Our high-sensitivity Hall sensor array can accurately capture these weak magnetic field signals, convert them into visual data through intelligent algorithms, and achieve early identification and quantitative analysis of defects. This technology can operate efficiently in complex environments without the need to shut down or dismantle equipment, significantly reducing operating costs.

Drive and Safety: High pressure medium drive (0.45MPa water pressure propulsion) replaces traditional top rod structure, equipped with dual redundant braking system and real-time health monitoring module to ensure safe operation.
