Principle of magnetic wall-climbing robot

The working principle of magnetic wall-climbing robot is mainly based on magnetic system, movement mechanism and control system.
Magnetic system
Magnetic wall-climbing robots usually use strong permanent magnets or electromagnets to adsorb on metal surfaces. Permanent magnets can provide continuous magnetic force and do not require external power supply, which is suitable for use in power-limited environments. Electromagnets can control the strength of magnetic force by adjusting the current to adapt to different working conditions. For example, the magnetic force is reduced to facilitate movement when transfer is required, and the magnetic force is enhanced to ensure stability during operation.
Movement mechanism
Wheel drive: Many magnetic wall-climbing robots use wheel drive systems. The wheels are designed with special patterns to provide sufficient grip so that the robot can move on smooth or rough surfaces. Wheel drive systems are usually driven by one or more motors to rotate the wheels to achieve vertical or horizontal movement.
Track drive: For robots that need to work on very rough or uneven surfaces, track drive provides better stability and traction. Tracks can disperse the weight of the robot and prevent slipping on uneven surfaces.
Control system
Autonomous control system: Magnetic wall-climbing robots are usually equipped with autonomous control systems that use sensors and algorithms for navigation and task execution. These systems include visual sensors, distance sensors, gyroscopes, etc., which help the robot determine its position and orientation, automatically plan paths and avoid obstacles. Remote control system: The operator can also control the robot through the remote control system, monitor the robot's status in real time and intervene when necessary. The remote control system usually includes a handheld controller and a camera.
